Whereas in accordance with Your Excel-

lency's commands the writers of this bond have traced out,

captured, and forwarded for. examination to the Folice Department

the body of the head rebel Bung Chun Fui alias Hung Chung Fuk

alias Hung Chung Kwai nicknamed Sam Tsin Sui. The writers have

bribed the informer Cheung Cho Ting who made the capture and

they guarantee that the body is really that of the rebel Hung

Chun Fuk. If there has been any mis-representation or other

fraud, then the writers are willing to arrest the informer Cheung Cho Ting and hand him up for trial. This is not false but

a genuine undertaking.
